Sheet metal and fibreglass systems

The range of MVR cold rooms and of isothermal panels is perfectly adaptable to all needs, both in the commercial sector for small and medium premises and in the industrial sector. For the latter, these include large storage spaces at high, medium and low-temperatures, working areas at controlled temperatures or special applications such as thermostat refrigerators and simulated environmentally testing chambers (temperature, humidity, corrosion, etc), as well as screening test systems and air-conditioning shelters used in telecommunications. The production lines fully respond to the needs of the modern market with dimensional flexibility and working efficiency: all the products are available in fibreglass (G.R.P. - glass-fibre reinforced polyester) coated with certified non toxic gelcoat, in stainless steel sheet metals AISI 304 and 316 and pre-painted galvanised sheet metal and plastic-coated sheet metal. The insulating layer, made from high-density polyurethane or polystyrene, guarantees elevated thermal performance, optimisation of energy consumption and respect for the environment.

Automatic and manual doors

On completion of the refrigerators and the panels, MVR offers a comprehensive range of doors for low and normal temperatures, with suitable frames, prepared for installation on panels and walls. The sliding doors, available with both manual and automatic sliding systems, and the hinged doors are outlined in an extruded PVC “L” shaped moulding with completely polyurethane foam filled chambers, and door panel, single or double swing, with “CFC free” and self-extinguishing rigid polyurethane foam insulation, in accordance with the terms of law ISO 3582. The selection of the best raw materials for the production of door coverings and components, such as sliding track guides and track rollers or hinges and closing points, as well as top quality research, guarantee highly efficient workmanship and elevated resistance to low temperatures, to environmental humidity and to corrosion, in compliance with the strictest regulations regarding the setting up of the rooms used for food processing and preservation.
