Dry jointing guarantees perfect alignment and insulation continuity, with the best heat-preservation seal. The precise joining of the panels occurs via the interposition of a high-density EPS panel strip. A PVC co-extruded profile, placed during the installation, offers a very high level of finishing. The hardwearing GRP makes the “IWV” system suitable for creating rooms and areas where food products can be produced, processed and preserved. As the coating is perfectly smooth, it does not attract dust and can be washed with water and ordinary detergents. It is absolutely water-proof and corrosion-proof, does not decay and prevents mould formation. It is also resistant to the chemical-biological attacks from salt, organic acids and industrial pollution. This system’s dimensional flexibility together with its planning versatility allows for the production of large refrigeration units.
