A characteristic feature of the GSV system is the use of G.R.P. faced panels that are quick and easy to assemble thanks to a system of coupling hooks. The polyurethane tongue-and-groove joint ensures both insulation continuity and perfect thermal stability. The perfect alignment of the panels is due to the tightening of the coupling hooks made of steel and synthetic material. The hardwearing G.R.P. coating makes GSV system particularly suitable for creating rooms and spaces where food products can be produced, processed or preserved. The gelcoat finish on the panels is an ideal covering because of its outstanding properties of resistance and durability, and the fact that it is extremely hygienic. As the coating is completely smooth, it does not attract dust and can be washed easily with water and ordinary detergents. It is absolutely water-proof and corrosion-proof, it helps prevent mould formation and is resistant to chemical-biological attacks from salt, organic acids and industrial smog. The fibreglass panels are easy to repair in situ in the event of accidental damage. Moreover, due to the special design of the joints, the panels are easy to reuse if unforeseen extensions or modifications are necessary in the future.
